You can permanently delete your Finaps account and all associated data at any time. This is irreversible.
Follow these steps to permanently delete your account.
Everything: your profile, all transactions, budgets, goals, accounts, insights, chat history, connected bank links, receipts, and any uploaded files. Your email is anonymized in our logs. If you have an active subscription, it is cancelled immediately with no further charges.
Before deleting, consider exporting your data first (Settings → Export Data) so you have a copy for your records.
No. Once the 30-day deletion period completes, the data cannot be recovered. If you change your mind within the 30-day window, contact support@finaps.co and we can cancel the deletion request.
