How to request a refund for your subscription payment.
If you subscribed through the web, we offer a full refund within 7 days of purchase. Contact support@finaps.co with your account email and the reason for the refund. Refunds are processed back to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.
App Store subscriptions are managed by Apple. To request a refund, visit reportaproblem.apple.com, sign in with your Apple ID, find the Finaps charge, and submit a refund request. Apple reviews refund requests on a case-by-case basis.
Google Play subscriptions can be refunded within 48 hours of purchase through Google Play support. After 48 hours, contact support@finaps.co and we will do our best to help, but the refund is ultimately at Google's discretion.
For annual plans, if you request a refund after the 7-day window (web) or respective platform window, we offer a prorated refund for the unused months remaining. Contact support@finaps.co with your request.
To avoid unwanted charges, cancel your subscription at least 24 hours before the next billing date.
Our support team typically responds within 24 hours (4 hours for Pro subscribers).
